I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Kansas and earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Dakota. Over time, the people I’ve had the privilege of working with have taught me this. Many of us become so practiced at getting through life that slowing down to understand ourselves can feel harder than simply continuing to push forward. Because of that, I try not to rush toward answers. So, before we decide where to go next, I want to understand what has brought you to this point and how the ways you’ve learned to survive have helped you along the way. Together, we’ll take the time to understand what’s been happening, explore how your experiences have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others, and gently consider what may no longer fit the life you’re living today.
